Bootcamp style workout. Huge AO! 1/2 mile and .9 mile track. 2 Large pieces of playgroup equipment for pullups and hanging exercises. Over half a dozen soccer and lacrosse fields. The possibilities are endless for your Monday beatdowns!
The First Monday of each month will be a Murph workout in honor of Lt. (SEAL) Michael Murphy.

Breathing is key, only focus on your breath. Be present in the moment.
Stand and do stretches starting with:
Neck roll
Tree
Warrior Pose, Stretch to each side
Chair Pose into flat back reach; ¾ squat and reach as high as you can
Toe touch and stand one vertebra at a time
Toe touch and just hang arms
Low Lunge into hip stretch and reach back as far as you can
Downward Dog into Upward Dog
Slow Mountian Climbers
Slow Peter Parkers
Mountain Climber into kick straight in the air, repeat 3x each leg (called a 3 legged dog pose)
Side Plank reach high to regular plank (upward/downward)
Downward Dog, bend knees into Childs pose
Hell Part –
Burpee Tucks
Surrender Hops
Squat Twist
High Knees
Lunge Kicks
Starting Blocks
Repeato 1x
20 second active rest between all sets. (active rest was option of kicks or high knee or running in place)
