17 HIM showed up to the Lumber Yard to get better today. Temperature was nice, wind was gusty. Still a great January morning for a run. Most of the PAX ran a 4+ mile loop, some ran a bit shorter…doesn’t matter what you do, just get out and run. Beaker was the 6, commented how he does not run much (and doesn’t necessarily enjoy running), but Jimmy Dean ran with him even though he was late…and that push was much appreciated. Probably the difference of him running or not! Great Work guys! Way to get better! Always amazed by the HIM in F3
