What the ruck is a ruck?  A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

    Got in over 3 miles and discussed the jester and our relationships to God and a few other subjects.
    2 PT Stops
    Stop #1 – 15 Ruck Curls, 15 Ruck Swings, 20 Ruck Squats, 15 Ruck Merkins
    Stop #2 – 15 Ruck Squats, 15 Wide Ruck Squats, 20 Ruck Merkins
    Additional: 5 Horns for 150 Air Presses
    Ended in the COT where Flubber stepped in to be the 6 with only 5. What stuck out is how his wife can tell by his mood if he’s getting in enough F3. I think that goes for almost the whole Toledo Nation PAX. We ended in prayer knowing how blesses we are!!
    Nice fast paced ruck today. The 2nd F to today’s ruck was Awesome!! Nice to get back to some good old BS (Bold Statements)!!
