Not up for a ruck? Several PAX meet at The Necropolis to go for an invigorating 3-5 mile run.
QIC – Stark
PAX – Mile High, Landslide, Van Gogh, Coconut, Bambi, Woodstock
Encouraged PAX to keep wearing brighter clothing, lights, reflective gear, etc.
Ran to Maumee over the bridge and via a route with no major road crossing and nice wide sidewalks. hit the Anthony Wayne Trail and turned around. Love this route.
Got back a little early intentionally for some cool down work. High Knees down car line then 75% Sprint to end of parking lot. Repeato down parking lot in 3 more rounds of High Kicks, Walking Lunge, Stretchy Lunge
COR, NOR, Mile High was the 6. Lots of prayers this morning. Van Gogh and Flo with medical tests this week, Ryleigh in Louisville, anxiety, depression, drug abuse, and still more. Please continue to lean on each other when needed and enjoy the times we have together.
