Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

20 seconds a station, 10 seconds to get to new station, 3 rounds
rounds 4 and 5 introduced some new exercises with the same 20 /10 concept
Moseyed over to field, splint into two even teams to play a version of team handball with CanJam goals, a spike ball and some cones. If you want to know the rest of the rules ask Smails, he was adding to the rulebook as the game was being played. In the end the Brutes ( who played as their namesake) prevailed in a back and forth match over the Klingers.
Highlights:
Romano repeatedly trying to get Beaker to run into a tree or pole.
Gap’s lack of knowledge on “cherry-picking”
Ollie’s perfect pass to Wild Sprayer ( who unfortunately was on the opposing team)
Klinger’s Quisenberry-inspired goal
Belding’s score from downtown
Socrates and Brute not shy about getting into the scrum
Brita’s Mutombo impersonation – somewhere Marv Albert was saying “rejected!”
I think Belding summed it up best “It was a miracle no one was seriously injured”
Hopefully OasisBall or Balls Deep will be played again.
It was an absolute pleasure leading today.
