Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Pax opened up with Warm-a-rama in cadence
    1. Side shuttle hops
    2. Windmill
    3. Flutter Kicks
    2. Moseyed to the Start Parking Lot for workout.
    3. The People’s Burpee (5rounds)
    1. 2 teams
    1. Started in the middle of parking lot with Burpee
    2. Sprint to one end of parking lot, complete burpee
    3. Sprint to opposite , burpee
    4. return to middle for 5 burpees
    4. Active rest when not running
    1. Plank
    2. Air presses
    3. Squat hold
    4. Imperial Walkers
    5. Final round everyone goes
    4. Rock Bottoms (3 rounds)
    1. As a group PAX performed the following station work.
