Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work.

    In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Pax and their families dealing with illness, those who are in the cold and our troops.

    Always an honor to lead this group of men! Aye!

    THE THANG: The Oasis had two stations at each end of the crayons and 3 stations heading in either direction around the Oasis. All 8 stations had exercises and it was dealer’s choice for the movement through the crayons.

    Beginning station, Coffee (in parking lot before crayons):
    · 1st Figure Eight, do 5 hand-release merkins each pass
    · 2nd Figure Eight, do 10 hand-release merkins each pass
    · 3rd Figure Eight, do 15 hand-release merkins each pass

    Movement through crayons: dealer’s choice of bear crawl, crawl bear, lunge walk, squat walkers

    2nd station, Chocolate Milk (end of sidewalk from crayons):
    · 1st Figure 8, do 5 squats each pass
    · 2nd Figure 8, do 10 squats each pass
    · 3rd Figure 8, do 15 squats each pass

    Figure Eight Stations:
    · Left 1 – Mexican Burrito
    o 1st Figure 8 is 15 reps each LBCs and Calf Raises
    o 2nd Figure 8 is 10 reps each LBCs and Calf Raises
    o 3rd Figure 8 is 5 reps each LBCs and Calf Raises
    · Left 2 – The VIP
    o 1st Figure 8 is 15 reps each Donkey Kicks and Stump Huggers
    o 2nd Figure 8 is 10 reps each Donkey Kicks and Stump Huggers
    o 3rd Figure 8 is 5 reps each Donkey Kicks and Stump Huggers
    · Left 3 – The Beaker Special
