Close Park


boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    PAX: Socrates, Romano, Rocco, Pacer, Hoyle

    The Thang:
    Circuit Training: Timner being PAX running a sprint with 30lb weighted vest.
    Upper Body: merkins, log press, shoulder taps, plank.
    Group merkins
    Lower body: log squats, lunges, squat hold, jump squats.
    Group Thunder Thighs (1 Squat 1 squat jump, 1 forward jump squat, with a crawl bear back to start point),
    Core: Man makers with log, lt. Dans, burpees, spiderman merkins.

    Indian run

    2 Teams. 1 team worked on BLIMPS the other did 5 sprints each chasing a frisbee. Switched until both teams completed BLIMPS.

    All PAX went to breakfast leaner and meaner.
