boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Q: Socrates

    PAX: Extra Extra, Gap, Romano, Pacer, Hoyle, Socrates

    The Thang: 4 sets: 25 row ups, 25 merkins, 25 squats .25 mile run.

    Shoulders: 7 minutes 25 reps of stump huggers, incline merkins, shoulder taps.

    1:30 seconds of Socrates punch up drill.

    Indian run .50 mile.

    Dragon walk merkins

    3 minute circle of pain.

    Each PAX grew a little closer to heroic status that morning. It was an honor to lead.
