Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm-Up
    Spend about 3 minutes doing some basic leg, arm and lower body stretches
    Jog to Start

    Tobata Work-Out
    45 seconds on 15 second rest, 1 minute rest in between rounds

    Mountain Climbers
    Merkins
    Absolutions
    Rest

    Round 2
    American Hammers
    Horsey Ups
    Hand-release Merkins
    Burpees
    Rest

    Round 3
    Crunchy Frogs
    Jump Squats
    Diamond Merkins
    Monkey Humpers
    Rest

    Back to the Playground at Close Park – seperate into 2 teams
    One of you runs to the cone and back while everyone else does the exercise. Continue until everyone has had a turn running, then switch exercises.
    Klinger Kicks – 2 is 1
    Dips
    Lunges

    Play Kickball
    The teams are the teams you just exercised with. If you are “out” a 2 burpee penalty. If you are safe the defense does a 2 burpee penalty
