boot camp, Toledo

Boot camp style workout.

Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc.  Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training.  Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

    Warm-Up with Side Straddle Hops, Windmills and Chain Breakers, some light stretching, then a lap around the park.

    4 minutes at each station. Go around and read off each exercise and show the unfamiliar ones before starting. Go through the rotation twice.

    Station 1 – Cinder Blocks
    10 Thrusters
    15 Cinder Block Swings
    20 Curls
    25 Chest Press (laying on the ground)
    30 Klinger Kicks – 2 is 1
    Repeato until the 4 minutes is up

    Station 2
    10 Burpees
    15 Monkey Humpers
    20 Hand Release Merkins
    25 Jump Squats
    30 Crunchy Frogs
    Repeato until the 4 minutes is up

    Station 3
    10 Mike Tyson’s
    15 Horsey Ups
    20 Diamond Merkins
    25 Imperial Squat Walkers
    30 American Hammers – 2 is one
    Repeato until the 4 minutes is up

    Station 4
    Bear crawl to the first cone, do 5 merkins, bear crawl to the next cone do 10 merkins, repeato until you get to the end. Mozie back to the start.
    Crab Walk and Crab Kick – 2 is 1 your way back
    Repeato until the 4 minutes is up

    Station 5 – jog around the Park
