Boot camp style workout.
Typical routine: warm-up with Merkins, stretching, side-straddle-hops, etc. Then proceed to the playground equipment and/or field for running mixed with strength training. Finish off with the C.O.P (circle of pain) for merkins, planks, ab work, supermans, etc.
SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Executive Diner on Sylvania.

4 exercises (Burpees, Merkins, Squats, SSH) starting at 5 reps each and increasing by 1 rep until 10 and then back down to 5. 11 total rounds and each round was 1:30 to complete the reps
SUICIDES:
QIC called cadence on 3 exercises with 12 reps each. After the 3 excercises PAX performed burpee suicides – first cone 1 burpee, second cone 2 burpees, third cone 3 burpees. Pax did 4 total rounds of this.
CINDER RELAY:
divided pax into 3 teams. relay race as one team member ran with block ~50 meters (mapmaker at the half way point) and ran back. Pass along block until all team members completed. Team 2 was victorious!
Ended with some easy stretching and COT!
Great six from Nougat and we welcomed an FNG.
