What the ruck is a ruck? A hike with a weighted backpack (approx 30 lbs) while stopping along the brisk walk to do some invigorating exercise. Excellent 1st F (fitness) and 2nd F (fellowship). If an FNG (Friendly New Guy) is a bit timid to post for a workout the ruck is a great intro to the pax.

Pax – Mayor, Beaker, Klinger, Johnny, Jimmy Dean, Tupac, Billy Bob.
Straight Ruck for just over 3.5 miles. In honor of the Detroit Tiger’s 100th loss of the season the Pax went up and around the baseball diamonds of Memorial Field. The Q did have to be careful of the route as Klinger was very worried about getting his shoes wet.
COT included prayer for Pax and Pax family members dealing with sickness and payers for our military & first responders both who made the ultimate sacrifice & those who came back wounded either physically or mentally.
