Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    Warmed up with 25 Side straddle hops
    Ran down to Perry Hill.
    Explained that Hamburger Hill was a nickname given to a hill in Vietnam that our forces were tasked with taking from the NVA. They did and then they gave it up and then took it again. This is going to be our Hamburger Hill!
    We did a set of exercises at the bottom of the hill and then a different exercises going up the hill.
    We did 30 reps of every exercise at the bottom of the hill.
    The exercises were:

    Merkens 1. Run to the top
    Big Boy situps 2. Bear Crawl to the top
    Squats 3. Karaoke to the top
    Imperial Walkers (2 is 1) 4. Backwards run to the top
    American Hammers (2 is 1)5. Shuffle to the top
    Burpees 6. Lunge to the top
    Dips 7. frog jump to the top
    Jump Squat 8. Pick a partner and wheelbarrel
    Absolutions 9. Crabwalk
    Flutter Kicks 10. Pick your favorite way

    8. Then we ran back to the flag
