Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!
Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

The Thang
2 Minutes of each set of exercise. Complete 20 reps of each exercise and then 20 of the sencond and then back to first. Keep going back and forth 20 reps at a time until 2 mins is complete.
1.) Over/Under Merkins (Australian Merkins and Inclined Merkins) on the rails of the ramp
2.) Dips/Carolina Dry Docks
3.) Peter Parkers/Imperial Walkers
4.) Split PAX into two groups – 1 group Run up and down Stairs – 2nd group Crawl Bear up ramp and Bear Crawl back down. Did 2 rounds of this so each group got 2 mins of stairs and ramp
5.) Lunge Walk (easy way)/Prayer Squats
6.) Step Ups or Box jumps/Declined Merkins
7.) Box Cutters/Plank Tucks
8.) Split PAX into two groups – 1 group Run up and down Stairs – 2nd group Crawl Bear up ramp and Bear Crawl back down. Did 2 rounds of this so each group got 2 mins of stairs and ramp
9.) Rpeato of round 1
5 Mins of Mary – Iso led absolutions, Triple Lindy led Homer to Marge, Jennay led a new LBC2 (LBC’s in a circular motion), 2-3 three other abs but YHC forgot what they were.
NOR, COR, somehow Triple Lindy was the 6 (wink) so we got o hear his start in the CarPex Region last January.
Another beautiful Fall crisp morning to spend in the gloom with my F3 brothers.
