The Q:

Riverside Park

boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

PAX: Beretta, Ringo, Hanibal, Coconut, Geppettto, Ponzi, Spaulding, Van Gogh, Popeyes, Milehigh, and the Q- Haz-Mat.

    The Thang:
We started with The Mission and the 5 core principles and then began some warmups, Side Straddle Hops and Windmills.

Circle of Pain is just what it sounds like. 11 HIM circled up on this chilly morning to do a cadence and OYO (on your own) types of exercise. The only thing that made this a selfless circle was the way we chose exercises. We started with PAX#1 he chose the exercise and then left the circle to carry a 60# sandbag up the staircase leading to the top of the wall. Probably about 3 or 4 flights of stairs. We all executed the exercise that PAX called out either in Cadence or OYO depending on the exercise called as he ascended and then descended that staircase. We came to the end of that exercise as the PAX who called the exercise was back in the circle, hence “Selfless COP”.

We continued this around the circle and got every PAX in the circle 2X before the time had expired.

We ended in Circle Of Trust, Announcements and Prayer.

I was encouraged by the PAX that morning by them letting me know how much they enjoyed that workout and am excited to lead these men again soon!

    Your humble servant, Haz-Mat
