Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Best Parking is on Cherry Street. **Please be considerate when you park on the side streets, keep the Mumblechatter at a minimum out of respect for the residents.**

    We had a great morning overlooking the wonderful Maumee River. There were 12 young men attending our beatdown. They were Billy Hannibal Stark, Brian Ponzi Coil, Mike Poodle Lagger, David Slurpee Miley, Alan Coconut Davies, Samual Ringo Cordova, Noah Beretta Cordova, Daniel Mile High Cordova, Jeff Spaulding Lonsbrough, Kevin Popeye’s Connors, Chris Chub Kinison, and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. Our workout consisted of 3 stations with 20 reps of each exercise. At station 1, at the bottom of the wall was decline merkins and dips. From here we ran up the steps to the top. At station 2, we did bicycle sit ups and depending on which round that you were on either merkins, diamond merkins or South Carolina Dry Docks. After station 2, we karaokeed along the top of the wall to the ramp, ran down the ramp to the bottom of it to station three. At station 3, we ended with Australian merkins. We did as many rounds as you could do personally. At the end of our allotted time, we ended in a circle of trust.
