   Here is the thang
   8 PAX enjoy a beautiful star lit night at pride rock. Mercy-Ladybug-Bagels-Pixar-Britta-Mickey-H2-Gadget
   Warm up with some side startle hops then jog apx 4/10ths of a mile with stops for mount climbers and merkins
   Start an 8 station rotation of
   Flutter kicks
   Shoulder taps
   Plank jacks
   Merkins
   Weighted squats
   Mount climbers
   Burpees
   continue at each station until one pax cares a sand bag 75′ drops it and drags it back from the starting point. cycle thru all stations.
   4 PAX then go for a ride while 4 pax push a 3 ton vehicle apx 100yds. Switch riders and pushers.
   go for a 4/10ths of a mile jog and then repeato. 8 Stations and vehicle push.
   next team drag a sand bag 400 hundred yards.
   Cap of the evening with exercises from your quality AQ’s
   2 minute plank and 5 sets of 20 merkins
