   The thang
   We had a circle track in the snow where 6 stations with 2 exercises at each awaited . All of the members of the 100 century club picked their custom workout . We partnered up and did 25 a piece at each station . Due to time constraints and complete fatigue we got thru 3 times meaning 75 of each . A real ass kicker for Belding !
   Kitty -donkey kicks
   Mickey -partner sit-ups
   Brita – plank jacks shoulder taps
   Stark -bropees
   Colonel -frog jumps
   Klinger- flutter kicks
   Splinter -pull ups
   Belding -pickle pounders
   Pixar -side straddle hops
   Sipe -diamond Merkins
   Bluto- imperial walkers
   Froman -Ruck curls
   Cot .
   Brita gave a rousing speech about what F3 has meant to him and the 6 was Tubes who disclosed some very personal battles he has dealt with and F3 helped him continue to fight . Great getting to know him .prayers from honeymoon and intentions were lifted up to God . Thanks to the century club and congrats to all that came out and fought tonight .
   Perrysburg sent Tubes Bambi and Stark down .
