   12 paxs posted this AM: Sipe, Kitty, Splinter, Bluto, Animal, Gap, Mr Belding, Rose, Wake, Brita, Ozzie, and Cogsworth.

   First we warmed up with side straddle hops.

   Then all paxs rotated doing 10 curls, one pax at a time, while all the other pax did the following exercises:

   2 rounds of burpies (during which Brita said this seems like 20 curls and 45 minutes of burpies), 1 round of Hindu squats, 1 round of Indian bear crawls, and 2 rounds of triangle lunges.

   We prayed for those alone on the holidays and we remember the true meaning of the holidays.
