20 PAX posted for some last minute Christmas Shopping.
The Thang:
Rose showed up with 15 Christmas Presents (cinder blocks) that needed to be carried throughout the workout.
Starting at one end of the Timbersone practice football field, the PAX began a 12 days of Christmas themed workout which consisted of performing one rep of the 1st exercise,
then two of the 2nd, three of the 3rd and so on up to twelve. Each round, the PAX would complete each of the previous exercises so that on the 12th round, all exercises were
done from one up to twelve.
Between each round, the PAX would run the distance and back of the fileld (about 50 yard each way) carrying all 15 of the christmas presents.

Round 5 5 Diamond Merkins
Round 6 6 Heel Taps
Round 7 7 Air Squats
Round 8 8 Imperial Walkers
Round 9 9 American Hammers
Round 10 10 Flutter Kicks
Round 11 11 Side Straddle Hops
Round 12 12 LBCs
The PAX capped it all off with a bear crawl the distance of the field and back (100ish yards).
COT concluded the morning, with a short prayer and for Android’s Daughter Rachael, a special thanks for F3 in each of our lives, Animal’s family as they go through the first Christmas without his father, Colt DelVerne and his family, the family that F3 Toledo is donating a Christmas to, all those spending Christmas alone, and last but not least the Troops.
