PAX: Spike Lee, Sipe, Elana, Mole, Ollie, Kitty, Motorboat, Brute, Jimmy Dean

    QIC: Jimmy Dean

After going over the mission of F3 and the 5 core principles, the PAX got to work. This beatdown was a throw back to the fall where Mr. Belding Q’d a Wednesday morning and a Thursday morning back-to-back doing the same one.

It was nice to have veterans of this beatdown to help guide the group. Ollie and Kitty recalled the fateful morning at Stone Wolf where the rain was plentiful to the point they did part of the beatdown under an overhang.

At any rate, the men held their own as they dished out exercises to their respective groups. Elena learned that a 90-second plank was a looooonnnnnnngggg time to do a plank. Also, donkey kicks add a wonderful experience to the workout.

After a lap around the track, we scrambled the groups and began again. YHC finally called time and we circled up by the shovel flag.

Next was COR, NOR and know the 6. Motorboat shared that this was his 5th or 6th post and that he enjoyed working out with the group. He was headlocked by some of the other firefighters in F3 Toledo.

In the COT, prayers were lifted up for Riley (Gap’s son’s classmate) and the troops and first responders.

Always an honor to lead this group of men who push me to be better every time I post.

    Aye!

    THE THANG:

    Warmup:
Based on the 9 guys who came out, we did that many reps of these exercises:
    Burpees (6 count)
    LBCs (2 is 1)

The PAX then got into two groups. Each group started with one man who selected an exercise. That exercise was done, and then the second man in the group got to pick an exercise. The whole group repeated the first exercise before adding the second. The third man added another exercise and the group did the first exercise, the second one, and then the third. With each new exercise, the group would start from the beginning of the list and then add the new one to the end.

Halfway through the workout, YHC called the group to the track where we took a lap around. Upon returning, we scrambled the groups so that we could work out with some different men.
