    QIC decided that rep count for all exercises will be 22 because of the current date… very scientific

    1) Michael Phelps
    2) Arm circles
    3) SSH – 22 in cadence
    4) Windmills – 22 in cadence
    5) Imperial Walkers – 22 in cadence

    Mozy around the bus loop to the practice field get the legs warm.

    The Thang:
    1. Pax line up on the goal line
    • 22 burpees
    • Lung walk 30 yards
    • 22 air squats at the 30 yard line
    • Bear crawl back to the goal line
    Rinse and repeat the above x3

    2. Pax partner up and line up on goal line
    • Partner wheel barrow
    • 5 merkins every 10 yards ending at the 30 yard line
    • Partners switch at 30 yard line back to goal line
    Rinse and repeat the above x2

    3. Mozy back to the flag for 6 MOM
    • 22 Big boy sit-ups in cadence
    • 22 Flutter kicks in cadence
    • 22 American hammers (2 is 1) in cadence
    • 22 Hip drop planks (2 is 1) in cadence)

    Always energized and inspired in the COT and this morning did not disappoint as Motorboat shared his story as the six and the high degree of accountability within this group.
