    20 members of the PAX showed to a warm morning to complete Stay On Track Workout. The five principles of F3 were presented. The workout began by running 400 meters followed by 50 walking lunges. After each lap a new exercises was introduced. 40 air squats, 30 burpees, 30 side strattle hops,10 broad jumps, 20 side to side jumps, and 20 LBC’s. We ran a total of two miles by the time all exercises were completed. The members of the PAX that were present were: Kitty,Minny,Red,Bullock, Thunder lips, Mole,Splinter, Gap, Sideshow, JazzyC, Poodle,Mr Belding, Box, Deuce, Sipe, Hedgehog, Springs, Commadus, and yours truly Cogsworth.
    We finished by doing COT and we all individually and openly discussed what were greatful for.
