    Opening – Brief rundown of F3 purpose, principles and agenda.

    The Thang –

    PAX performed merkins for 1m30 seconds straight. Rest for approximately 30 seconds
    Performed American Hammers for 1m30seconds straight. Rest again for approximately 30 sec.
    Performed StumpHuggers for 1m30 seconds straight. Rest for approximately 30 seconds.
    Performed Big Boy situps for 1m30 seconds straight. Moseyed to the track.

    Starting at the front stretch light pole. PAX lunged to the light pole at the end of the straight away. Once there, PAX performed 20 merkins, 20 American Hammers (2=1), 20 StumpHuggers and 20 Big Boy Situps.

    PAX then performed buttkickers around the turn and to the next light pole. There they repeated 20ea merkins, American Hammers (2=1), StumpHuggers and Big Boy situps.

    Side squat twisted the straight away to the next light pole and repeated 20ea merkins, American Hammers, StumpHuggers and Big Boy situps.

    High knees the turn to the light pole where a reapeato of the 20 merkins, American Hammers, Stumphuggers and Big Boy situps were performed.

    Second rotation around the track consisted of lunging the front straight away and then 10ea merkins, buttkickers around the turn and performing 10ea American Hammers (2=1), squat twist the back straight away and 10ea stumphuggers, high knees the turn and finishing with 10ea big boy situps.

    COT – Prayers of comfort and healing for those suffering from cancer and illness. Support and peace for those dealing with loss. Prayers for the men and women of the military and first responders that give us the freedoms we so greatly appreciate.
