    18 pax showed up on a warmer than normal (and dry ) October morning for a Halloween Thriller.

    Workout ended and the rain came 5 minutes later… perfect timing!

    The Thang:
    In honor of the Halloween holiday and the 35th anniversary (close…11/3/83) of the thriller video release, the PAX enjoyed the privilege of performing 35 reps of the following exercises for a full body beatdown. In between each exercise a lap was run around the track.

    T…. Tuck jumps (35 OYO)
    H…. Hand release merkins (35 OYO)
    R…. Raise the roof (a.k.a shoulder press) (35 in a 4 count cadence led by QIC)
    I…. Inch worms with up down planks (35 OYO)
    L…. Little baby flutter crunches (35 in a 4 count cadence)
    L…. Lt Dan’s (35 OYO)…. BRUTAL ☹
    E…. Elbow to knee in plank (35 in 4 count cadence hold)
    R…. Russian Dips… tricep dips with alt 1 leg extended out (35 in a 4 count cadence)

    Total laps run = 2 miles

    Ended with a 25-yard zombie crawl back to the flag (bear crawl but you must drag your feet)

    Always energized and inspired in the COT and this morning did not disappoint as Tidwell shared his story as the six and the high degree of accountability within this group.
