    “There is no tomorrow”

21 PAX posted for today’s beatdown, “There is no Tomorrow.” Mole was the Q for the day.

The idea for the day was to keep things moving quickly and get a full body beatdown in. We did 8 exercises, for one minute each, followed by a lap around the track, for 3 sets.

Set one – One minute each of Hand Release Merkins, Lieutenant Dans, Mountain Climbers, Big Boy Sit ups, Upright Climbers, Side Plank elbow to knee on the right side, Side Plank elbow to knee on the left side, and Burpees. This was followed by a recover lap around the track.

Set two – One minute each of Walking Merkins, Low Crouch Jump Squat (I called them Buster Poseys), Plank Hold, Partner Leg Raises, Standard Merkins, and a 100 Meter Bear Crawl. This was followed by a lap around the track.

Set three – One minute each of Bulgarian Squats on the left leg, Bulgarians on the right leg, Incline Merkins (feet raised), Dips, American Hammers, Alternating Lunges, and Burpees. We ran a lap around the track to close it out and added the run back to the flag.
