Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    F3 (Fitness, Fellowship and Faith)

    Mission:
    To plant, serve and grow men’s small workout groups, in order to reinvigorate male community leadership.

    Principles:
    Free of Charge.
    Open to all Men.
    Held Outdoors, rain or shine, heat or cold.
    Led by Men on a rotating basis who participate in the workout with no training or certification-meaning you must be aware of your own limitations.
    We end with a Circle of Trust.

    “Assign” Teams:
    RED TEAM
    Hannibal/Van Gogh
    Flo/Ponzi
    Huffy/Venom
    Stark/Isosceles

    BLUE TEAM
    Landslide/Moana
    Nimbus/Channel
    Huckleberry/Thai Guy
    Jennay/Iceman

    Red Team Captain: Stark…Red Bandana
    Blue Team Captain: Thai Guy…Blue Bandana

    The guy mentioned you with on your team will be your partner when there is a partner event.

    The Q will count down three when to start (3-2-1).

    After each event is completed, the winning Team Captain will take a swim ball from the black bucket and place it in their respective bucket (blue or red).

    EVENT 1: Partner Tire Flip
    2 sets of partners at each cone.
    At the start, 2 guys (partners) at a time, flip the tire to the opposite cone (20 yards).
    2 guys (partners) flip the tire back.
    While the tires are being flipped, the rest of the team are low planking.
    Repeat 4 times.

    EVENT 2: Tug-A-War
    Full Team against Full Team.
    At the start, the Center of Rope (white tie) must pass the cone which is 10 yards past rope.
    Best 2 out of 3 to win.

    EVENT 3: Jacob’s Ladder
    Each Team will evenly split between each of the cones which are 12 yards past the end of the ladder.
    At the start, A cinder Block is passed up the line to the first man at the fitness ladder.
    He will then run the ladder with the cinder block stepping into each opening until he reaches the other end.
    He then hands off the cinder block to the guy next in line and it is pasted to the end and back on the other end of the ladder.
    That guy will then run the ladder and pass off to the next guy.
    Repeats until all have run the fitness ladder.
    After the last guy completes the fitness ladder, the cinder block must be passed back down the line and pass the start/finish line to win.

    EVENT 4: Indian Run
    Full Team against Full Team.
    Each Team stands in a line…arms length a part.
    Team Captain at the beginning of the line.
    At the start, a 25# dumbbell is passed down the line to the Team Captain.
    Once the Team Captain has the dumbbell, he will yell the respective color of his team which will Single the team to begin the run.
    Then the last guy in line will sprint to the front of the line at which time the dumbbell will be passed to the nest guy in line to the back.
    Once the dumbbell has been passed, the Team Captain will yell the respective color indicating that the last guy in line is free to sprint to the front, when the dumbbell is passed back again.
    This is repeated until each Team runs the route as designated by small American Flags.
    The winning Team must cross the start/finish line with the dumbbell.

    EVENT 5: Cinder Block Pass
    Full Teams against Full Teams.
    Each Team lines up between cones.
    At the start, Team will pass the cinder block over their head forward to the guy in front without the guy in front turning around.
    When the cinder block reaches the end of the line, it is then passed back down the line, over head with a backward pass.

    EVENT 6: Partner Relay
    At the start, 2- man human Wheel Barrow to the cone and a Buddy Carry on the return.
    The guy as the Wheel Barrow going is then carried on the return.

    REPEAT EVENTS 1, 2, 3 and 5.

    EVENT 7: Dodge Ball
    Full Team against Full Team.
    You can only block a ball with a ball.
    If you catch the ball, the guy who thru the ball is out and you will be able to have one of your teammates renter the game.
