Boot camp style workout. At Woodland Park. Two large Playgrounds, Frisbee Golf Course, 1 Mile Dirt Track, HUGE Field.  Plenty of space here to craft a diabolical smokefest for even the strongest PAX.

Entrance is off East Boundary. Kip Boulis Drive.

SATURDAYS always followed up with 2nd F (fellowship) at Lamplight Cafe and Bakery located at 121 W. Indiana ave. Great opportunity to get to know members of F3Toledo and refuel from the workout.

    F3 Mission: Fitness, Fellowship, Faith; To plant, grow, and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership

    Principles of F3:
    • It must be free of charge
    • It must be open to all men
    • It must be held outdoor, rain or shine, hot or cold
    • Are led by men who participate in the workout in a rotating fashion, with no training or certification necessary
    • It must end with a Circle of Trust (COT)

    Warmup:
    • 20 Side straddle hops in cadence
    • 20 windmills in cadence
    • Run ¼ mile around designated trails

    The Beatdown:

    Men counted off into 4s, with 3-4 men assigned to an individual group. Men were instructed to complete 80 total reps of assigned exercises between all members of an individual group. Upon completing several exercises, men were instructed to run around the main parking circle of Woodland Park and begin the next set of exercises upon return. Repeated until 7:25 am. Various hard rock and heavy metal tunes from the 1980s were being played while the exercises were being conducted.
