boot camp, Perrysburg

Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Station 1
    3 Slow motion Merkins followed by 2 fast Merkins – twice
    10 Squat Jumps
    Bear Crawl up the hill to station 2

    Station 2
    Side tri rise 10 each side
    Mountain climbers – 20
    Sneaky Lunge to top of ramp (tip toe lunge walk) to station 3

    Station 3
    Side to side merkins – 5 each side
    Jump lunge – 20
    Zig-zag through the sidewalks side stepping to station 4

    Station 4
    15 hand release Merkins
    10 Burpees
    Down the stairs to station 5

    Station 5
    20 dips
    Groucho walk – wide stance squat walk 5 steps forward 5 back – three
    Crabwalk to station 1

    We did the circuit for 30 minutes and ended with some core work. We did
    heels to the heavens, Leg Climbers, LBCs, and American hammers.

    Ended with a circle of trust with some joys and concerns to pray for.
