Boot camp style workout. On the River. Amazing way to watch the sun come up and start the day with sweat pouring over your rejuvenated soul. Some ramps, lots of steps, a little concrete, a little grass, all the fixens for beautifully scripted beatdown!

Have to park at Hood Park, Downtown Perrysburg, or one of the side streets (i.e. Cherry, Walnut, or Second Street).

    Light stretch

    Burp-ocalypse – 110 Burpees:
    (10reps, rest 10 seconds, 9reps, rest 10 seconds, 8reps, rest 10 seconds; etc. down to 1 and then back up to 10)

    Indian run up the stairs and down the ramp. After everyone cycled thru, reversed direction and did it again but down the stairs and up the ramp

    Then dealers choice workout to finish up:
    75 LBCs
    10 slow mo merkins
    15 low and slow squats
    100 second plank
    4×10 flutter kicks
    50 dips
    15 diamond merkins
    25 wide merkins
    10 jump squats
