   The PAX showed up ready to work on this perfect dry November morning. Some were just coming off a 4 mile ruck and weren’t short on energy!
   The Thang: Warm up, SSH, Windmills, arm stretches, high knees, butt kicks, (that was the extent of our running)

   Block Party!
   45 seconds on, 15 seconds off, 20 seconds in between (2 rounds):

   Cinder Block carry down the Hill and back up
   Imperial Walkers
   Curb merkins

   Station 2:
   Cinder Block Curls
   Big Boy Sit ups
   Air Presses

   Station 3:
   Cinder Block skull crushers
   Hold plank
   Curb calf raises

   Station 4:
   Cinder Block Swing
   American Hammers
   Decline merkins

   Station 5:
   Cinder Block Squat
   LBC’s
   Merkins

   Station 6:
   Cinder Block Chest Press
   Flutter kicks
   Arm Circles

   Station 7:
   Cinder Block dead lift
   Plank Jack
   Lieutenant Dan’s

   Pair up for rock, paper; scissors burpee vs push up,
   Ended by celebrating Dollywood’s 40th Bday party by performing 40 pickle pounders (form and technique were very important)

   I wanted to thank the PAX for their support as this is my 1 year F3 anniversary, the PAX has helped me physically, mentally, and spiritually. Keep pushing forward men without any “What Ifs”
