Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Split in three groups 5 mins of each 2 rotations
One group bear crawls up and crawl bear down hill . Runs to building before crawl bearing back
. One group does burpee mountain every ten yards do ascending burpees until end . Then go back opposite /
second time thru do squat jumps same pattern
One group does abs until 5 mins are up

20 Freddie mercuries
20 flutter kicks
20 big boy sit-ups
20 mountain climbers
20 plank jacks
Guy jumps over everybody in plank and does a merkin till last guy finishes
55 pushes up for nick cage b day while we all plank as a group
