The Thang – Fully adjustable distance 3 to 4.5 mile run, participants choice
COT – Prayers of thanks to the troops and first responders that give us the freedom and security to gather and exercise without fear and with security. Prayers for those PAX healing from injury and those looking for motivation to get back out. Prayers to those expectant mothers and those with recent births. Healing thoughts for the family who lost their loved one in the 475 car accident and for any that were in our hearts and minds.
