    Covered 5 Core Principles
    Stretch
    12 side straddle hops

    Spit into 2 teams: Team 1 started at station 1, team two at station 3

    Station 1: North Side of Building, Wall Sit while each PAX completed 12 merkins
    Station 2: Front of building12 Klinger Kicks in cadence
    Station 3: South side of building 12 Burpees in cadence
    Station 4: West Goal Post: 12 Big Boy Sit-ups
    Station 5: East Goal Post: 12 merkins/48 shoulder presses
    Station 6: Bleachers: 12 dips

    Round 2 same work, with 13 reps and 52 shoulder presses
    Round 3 same work, with 14 reps and 56 shoulder presses

    Each team completed all three rounds with extra Klinger Kicks
    COT: prayers for Splinter’s Grandmother, those battling illness, thankful for troops and first responders.
