    9 PAX No FNGs
    Covered 5 Core Principles, Mission Statement, Credo
    Started with 10 Side Straddle Hops in cadence, 10 burpees in cadence, 10 merkins in cadence, 10 big boy sit up on your own.

    Partner up: One partner started with 22 side straddle hops, ran up the stairs, across the top down the other set of stairs while partnered excercised. Partner switch. Goal was to complete 100 LBCs, 100 Diamond Merkins, 100 squats, 100 MT Climbers 2 is 1, 100 Klinger Kicks 2 is 1, 100 Burpees, and 100 Calf Raises.

    Each team was able to get through all 7 sets and half way on round 2. Each time before you ran you had to complete 22 side straddle hops.

    PAX: Dr. Nick, Bob Vance, Rubble, Romano, Patch, Cobra Commander, Tidwell, Trinity and Brute
