   The Tang:
   Bushwood Slow burn
   Ist person runs up the stairs and down, in the meantime the rest of the PAX does an exercise lead by a person who has the next number associated with the exercise. If the exercise is completed before runner gets back, PAX to wait in the plank position or SSH. When runner gets back person leading the exercise does the cadence for 3 burpees. Then next person is up for the run. Ran through the exercise once, then on the second round, leveled up with 6 burpees in between.

   Most exercises done with a 4 count.

   Prayer intentions; Party ons wifes cousins was shot and killed by her boyfriend, also the friend was shot and in critical condition in hospital. Nougats friend in Allen park was safe with shooting there.
