Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Warm up: 20 SSH, Michael Phelps, 25 Klinger kicks. Run to the Canticle Center and then back.
The Thang
Work on boxing/sparing with each other since it is boxing day! In between Boxing, everyone did 5 pull ups as well.
Mosey over to the front of Faith Hill. Mole picked a number between 47 and 49. And that ended up being the total # of reps completed in each cycle!
There were 2 stations set up and Pax broke into 2 groups. Each Pax member completed exercise 1, ran around the wildcat to station 2 completed that exercise then ran across the parking lot back to station 1.
Station 2 began with 36 curb side merkins 9 right hand on curb then 9 left hand on curb then 9 both hands on curb then 9 feet on curb.
36 merkins > 32>28>24.
Station 1 increased each rep by 4.

#16 Outlaws, 8 clockwise and 8 counter clockwise
#20 180 degree jump squat
#24 Air press 2:1.
