Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Today the paxs enjoyed a beat down with dog food.
The timer was the pax with the 40lb bag of dog food. He had to do 10 merkins with it on his back and then carry it up and down the hill.
The exercises the others would do were:
Merkins
Sit ups
Hill runs
Low diamond hold
Down on three up on one merkins
Imperial walkers
The paxs were:
