Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Started off with SSH, Did a jog soon after to the end of the tennis courts and back. ended warn up with windmills.
The Thang:
Partner workout.
While one partner is doing the exercise the other is going down then up the hill with Ruck or block
