Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
14 Brave Gamblers challenged themselves to the House of Cards. It was a 54 level exercise Tabata challenge of nonstop work. It involved cardio, legs, upper body, and core exercises all built from a random draw deck if cards (plus 2 jokers). I introduced a new exercise called the “Bad Ass” ….there were plenty of them today!
