Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

The Thang:
The Pax began by practicing cadence, completing 10 different exercises in cadence to a 10 count. After the cadence practice, a competition was in store. In teams of 4, Pax tried to see how many balls they could get into a bucket. Before someone could throw their balls, they had to lead their teams in a cadence exercise written on the list, to a count of 10. Two teams competed while the other two teams ran around the school.
A strong 6 was given by Tucky, reminding us the importance we have to one another. As always, it is an honor to lead the men of F3.
