Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Warm up SSH, Windmill, burpee jack, imperial squats, diamond jacks
The thang
Partner workout. You and partner do combined number of reps total No timer just together. After exercise run down hill than up backwards, next rotation run down bear crawl up.
50- burpee jacks
100- imperial squats
100- V ups
50- diamond jacks
100- drop squats
200- Freddy mercury
50- merkin climbers
100- jump squats
200- lbc
100- dry docks
