Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Knew it was going to be another fantastic morning on the hill when I walked down to place cones and a doe came over to say hi. 30F 7-10 knots SW feels like no breeze at all. Warm up old man windmill and that it as we had partner work to do.
One person runs down and around the cones the other does SSH 150 in all. Followed by 150 hand release merkins, 100 imperial walkers, 300 klinger kicks 2-1. 200 mountain climbers 4 is 1. 100 overhead block presses. 100 diamond merkins for Sipe. 200 big boys, most of us ended here, a few started the 300 Carolina dry docks.
