Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Workout with non-stop movement. Ran around Sylvania Northview School with merkins at 4 stations en route to Inside the Five Brewery on Main Street. Quick workout in parking lot including burpees, merkins, klinger kicks and plan jack shoulder taps. Ran loop around main street and back to parking lot. Repeato a few times.
Bear crawl up main street followed by a run back to Northview Parking lot. Ended with one minute plank.
