Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Q: The Situation
PAX: Tucky, Beaker, Cogsworth, Mayor, Sideshow, trinity, Splinter, Hardwood, The Situation
PAX partnered up. Both partners start at the top of a hill. Partner 1 starts bear crawling down the hill while Partner 2 completes 10 squats, 10 merkins, and 10 LBCs. Partner 2 then runs down the hill and then runs back to the bear crawling Partner 1. Partner 2 picks up with the bear crawl while Partner 1 runs to the start to complete the exercises, runs down the hill and back to Partner 2.
After they completed one climb, the cardio switch to El Captain, then to Everest, then back to bear crawl. We also had 4 sets of exercise on the top of the hill.
