Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Perfect spring time weather for the hill, light frost no wind. 14 of us showed up to get better. Yeast, Tupac, Rubble, Mole, Trinity, Hardwood, Ollie, Gasman, Tucky, Mulcahy, Mayor and Hedgehog, as per usual Colonel arrived late…
Warm up run around the building with 2 coupons this proved challenging for some… SSH can be a warm up or can be more – you do you.
The Pax forgot what “I surrender is” but they did bear crawl back up the hill thanks for leading the way gasman. Klinger kicks on top run down burpees bear crawl up change exercise keep running and crawling add in pull ups planks side lunges to asending gentlemen, more toe touches and hill work. COT and off to start the week.
