Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

Simple workout today. We rotated through four exercises and did one every other minute. With a run up and down the hill on the even minutes.
The four exercises were burpees, sit-ups, walking merkins, and squats. We ran the hill 20 times and did each movement 5 times.
We wrapped it up with the Circle of Trust. Brute was the 6 and we named our FNG Foot Locker because he wrecked his shoes on the hill today and he’s going to need to get some new ones. Announcements were made and a prayer was said.
