Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.
Warm-Up
SSH, Old Man Windmills, Chain Breakers and Gummy Worms
Split everyone into 3 groups – so count off by 3’s
Work-Out – 3 stations – 5 minutes at each station
Station 1 – by the pull-up bars
