Affectionately coined Faith Hill since it is one of the few hills in Toledo area. Bootcamp style workout that typically takes advantage of the hill during the 45 minute beatdown.

    We had a great time in the rain. Attending were Matt Ollie Britt, Adam Rubble Webster, Mickey Bosinger, Mole(sorry I missed his name), Josh Breta Jones, Scott Minin Hadock, Ryan Nails Barnaby and the Q Mark Landslide Trimble. We did a simple workout. We did a burpee mountain, ran approximately 40 yards and did a starfish sit-up mountain, alternating between each exercise. So we started with 20 burgees, ran and did 20 starfish sit-ups, ran back to 19 burpees, back to the starfish and we just went back and forth. We ended in a circle of trust.

    The Pax were out in full force on a rainy but warm March morning. Tupac made the comment that it was nice it wasn’t raining when we started, then it started to rain.

    5 Core; SSH, high knees, butt kicks, Q really nailed the cadence for SSH in true Lions fashion.
    Partner up; Lap around the building out to the bleachers;
    1 partner does 20 dips, other partner does squats; switch
    1 partner does 20 decline merkins, other partner does jump squats
    20 toe taps, squats
    20 incline merkins, jump squats

    Jog to cones;
    -Burpee broad jump to 10 yard cone; 10 Jack Webbs; burpee broad jump back
    -other pax doing cinder block man makers

    -bear crawl to 20; 20 Mike Tyson’s; bear crawl back
    -cinder block dead lifts

    -High knees to 30; 30 imperial walkers 2-1; high knees back
    -cinder block bent over rows

    -backward jog to 40; 40 smurf jacks, backward jog back
    -cinder block curls

    -sprint to 50; 50 calf raises
    -cinder block shoulder presses

    -Sprint 100; jog back
    -cinder block swings
    Finished with F3 rock paper scissors; winner does a merkin, loser does a burpee, 1st to 5 wins

    Finished with COR; NOR, Dauber was the 6 and reminded us the importance of health and showing up consistently.
